We are pleased to be holding Cowbridge RFC Mini and Junior Section Festival over the weekend of the 24th and 25th March. U7s to u14s will be held at Cowbridge Comprehensive School, while the U15 festival will be held at the Club ground on the 25th.
Last year nearly 100 teams took to the pitches as Cowbridge Rugby Club hosted its first ever Junior Rugby festival. Over 1100 children from 29 clubs enjoyed two days of excellent rugby.
Hundreds of spectators watched matches on 11 pitches and enjoyed food, drinks, merchandise sales and meeting some of the Cardiff Blues players at the Cowbridge Comprehensive sports fields. It was such a successful event with overwhelmingly positive feedback that we are running it again this year on March 24-25th.
It’s going to be even better with a Legends Lounge where you can meet former players, a Cardiff Blues Skills camp, Street Rugby from the WRU and other activities to keep the whole family entertained. Plus there will be some surprise guests so have your selfie sticks to hand!
